Start-up and operation of a district management in Tempelhof.

SOLUTION
Development of participation formats for local actors. Establishment and operation of an on- site office. Conception and continuous further development of an integrated action plan. Fund management.
IMPACT
Strengthening the program area with 5,000 people by initiating and accompanying local measures and adding to the social infrastructure.
We will write the complete story together with the residents of Germaniagarten in January 2021. We are looking forward to it!
